Five things that define us

1.Be passionate about the client and all else will follow

The core philosophy of our organisation and the one that underpins our existence. We strive to thoroughly understand our client organisation, their culture and the exact talent they are looking for before suggesting solutions, thus completely aligning with our clients for their success.

2.People make organisations successful

Employees are our most valuable asset. We have a very rigorous selection process and a comprehensive on-the-job training that encourages our people to become achievers. We put great stock in our employees–energetic, passionate people from diverse backgrounds with creative approaches to work, play and life. We realise that people have different strengths and we are continuously striving as an organisation to give them different opportunities to grow.

3.Better to do a few things really well

We don't believe in working with many clients and prefer to be known for quality rather than quantity. We feel it is much better to invest time and resources to understand a client's business really well, as compared to working across the board with many. We discourage clients from working with us if they prefer partnering with us only on a tactical basis. As such, we are generally ranked amongst the top three recruitment vendors in most of our client organisations.

4.A happy environment creates successful outcomes

We believe that great, creative things are more likely to happen with the right company culture–and that doesn't just mean lava lamps and rubber balls. There is an emphasis on individual achievements and a pride in the organisational accomplishments that contribute to our overall success. We slog as a team and we enjoy as a team.

5.Strive for continuous improvement or we are history

We have a constant dissatisfaction with the way things are, that in turn becomes the driving force behind everything we do. Even when clients laud our achievements, we are still hungry for improvement as we strive for a bigger share of their pie.
